I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally hospitable and accommodating, providing great service with a personal touch. The room was clean and cozy, with a private hot spring that offered a fantastic view. The hotel facilities were impressive, and I enjoyed the local breakfast and transportation service.

During our Christmas stay, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel's location was perfect, with beautiful scenic views of snow-covered mountains. We enjoyed the traditional Japanese-style room that was cozy and comfortable. The two facts offered by the hotel were amazing, the private onsen bath and the Michelin star dinner were simply outstanding. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more special.
We had no complaints during our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the hotel facilities, staff, location, and amenities.

Absolutely fantastic experience! the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to offer recommendations and go above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. We loved the stunning views and how close it was to the shops and restaurants. the private hot springs were a hit with us and provided the perfect way to relax after a long day. the hotel had great amenities and the food was top-notch. We particularly enjoyed trying the local Japanese cuisine.
There was honestly nothing that we didn't like about this hotel. the location was great, the staff were lovely, and the facilities were spotless.

Set in a beautiful location with scenic views of snow-covered mountains, this Japanese-style ryokan provides comfortable rooms equipped with private onsen baths. the hotel has spacious rooms that are kept clean and cozy by the staff. the restaurant serves highly rated seasonal kaiseki meals and wine and sake pairings that impress guests. the staff is friendly, multilingual, and provides excellent service with shuttle arrangements, expert wine recommendations, and help with guest laundry.
